Colours launched onto the scene in 1968 with a stunningly glorious Psychedelic masterpiece of . studio wizardry. A super group before the name was coined, Colours was the brainchild of Gary Montgomery and Jack Dalton, two hard-working, former Motown songwriters who also penned songs for the Turtles, Nino & April and the Moon. The title is advertised as "Love Heals: The Complete Recordings", which included the original " Love Heals" lp plus enough extras for almost 80 minutes of music. What I received was just the original "Love Heals" that has 11 songs and clocks in at only 31 minutes. Here, we get the lp's eleven original cuts, several bonus tunes + their 'Atmosphere' album as well. Recommended for fans of Mighty Baby, The Moon, Turtles and (of course) the Beatles.
