In a press statement, guitarist Sam Sherwood noted Mittenfields wanted to do more than just prolong our adolescence playing rock. Now, they’ve cleaned up while still keeping those endearing ’90s guitar licks with their debut album, Optimists, which they’ll self-release on April 28th.
